An objective of our training and coaching programs is to support our clients in having the confidence to apply what they have learned to support themselves and others in their workplace. We see ourselves as supporting you in facilitating your workplace as a learning organisation and building your in-house learning and development capability.
In addition to supporting you through our resilience, emotional intelligence, leadership and coaching programs we can also support you in other ways.
- Coach supervision: we are able to extend a coach supervision program to support you in developing internal coaches. This includes transferring coaching knowledge and ensuring coaches develop their skills to an appropriate level.
- Facilitation: external facilitation is valuable for internal meetings and discussions where it is important to avoid getting stuck in content.
- Management by Values: a facilitated program involving all key stakeholders to identify the core values of your organisation and supporting behaviours.
- Dynamic SWOT: a facilitated program involving all key stakeholders to develop a dynamic SWOT analysis of your organisation.
- Measuring the return on workplace programs: we can support you in measuring the impact of training and coaching in the workplace to assist in estimating returns on investment.
- Benchmarking: we provide a 360 degree feedback tool that enables you to benchmark performance in a range of areas including leadership, communication and resilience.
